Complete Description:
Experienced instructional designer to design and create adult education related to PeopleSoft enterprise data warehouse web interface application. Collaborate and partner with subject matter experts to develop dynamic learning solutions using a blended approach that includes instructor led, web-based self paced, on-the-job training tools, coaching verifications, etc.
Proven competency in instructional design with expertise in the development of blended learning – instructor led, self paced, web-based, etc. Strong project management skills applied in a business/corporate environment. Experience in all phases of the instructional design process. Superior knowledge of authoring tools, usability and functionality testing methods, as well as course and learner evaluation methodology. Proficiency in MS Office and experience with Macromedia Captivate. Experience in curriculum design, content development and training best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work well with others.
Instructional design experience, preferably in a business environment Required 4 Years
Experienced in or familiar with the Cable Telecommunications Industry Required
Experience developing PeopleSoft learning materials. Required
MS Office Required 1-Advanced
Macromedia Captivate Required 2-Intermediate
Masters Degree in Instructional Design or Instructional Technology Nice to have
Location: Charlotte, NC
Compensation: 75.00 per hour, all inclusive, 1099 or corp to corp
