Psychology researchers from the University of California at Riverside are conducting an online study assessing leaders’ perceptions of followers. The survey should take about 15 minutes of your time. Your participation is greatly appreciated and will help us to find answers that may improve relationships in the work place.
We are looking for individuals who meet the following study requirements:
1. Have supervisory/managerial experience.
2. Are a MALE at least 18 years of age.
3. Are able to read and speak English fluently.
