A Guardian ad Litem serves as the "voice" for abused and neglected children who are involved with the Dept of. Social Services. We are advocates for a child's best interest in the court system. As a Guardian ad Litem, you conduct an independent investigation (focusing on all parties associated with the child) and then advocate for the child's needs and wishes in court. Our goal is a safe, permanent home for every child in a timely manner.

The Guardian ad Litem program provides training at your convenience. Our volunteers have a variety of professional, educational and ethnic backgrounds. No special education or experience is necessary.
