All I am asking is for someone to pay my 2010 maintinance dues of $596 and a $99.00 transfer of residence transfer fee and the condo is yours for a full week of your choosing.
I did some research and found that for the month of July 2010, the daily rental is $161.00 per night. This would be $1127.00 NOT including the TAX that is added on. To pay at counter would probably run someone about $1300 plus. Your cost would be only about $100 per night. Compare that to a standard hotel rate.

We have been trying to find someone, hopefully a family to use this timeshare opportunity. It was originated in Fontana Dam, North Carolina a few years ago. This whole thing cost over 10,000.00!!!!!!!!!
Our children are all grown and we do not use it. You can take this opportunity and go all over the US and even foriegn countries, no kidding!! Anyway, examples we have done are Myrtle Beach for a week and it cost 125.00 for the week!!! Kissimee, Fla when we went to Disney World and stayed the whole week in a beautiful motel for 125.00!! You can use this each year and go to Fontana on weekends, you could go for serveral weekends for free!!! There is a 700.00 year maintenance fee, but thats it! So, if you can use it please contact me. All you have to pay to get it now is 350.00 transfer fee.
