You should also have some type of production background. You don’t have to have 10 yrs experience and know everything from A-Z about TV production, but you should know something.
It would also be helpful if you know how to use a computer, how to connect and work a video camera, know something about dealing with audio (wireless mics), hooking up and connecting a router and running broadband cable.
Experience with online Web conferencing, streaming media and live web broadcast production would be a plus.
I don’t want people who are just looking for a 9 – 5 job. I want people who really like this kind of work and will look forward to working on new projects and be interested in learning what new technology has to offer to this kind of business.
