Despite being so close to the campus it isn't a run-down, crappy college apartment. This complex is pretty evenly split between young families and college students. As of a year and a half ago all flooring (ceramic tile in kitchen, hardwood in the bedrooms, nuetral colored carpet in living room) and appliances are new. Washer and dryer are included as well as water being part of rent. The girls downstairs have an awesome wireless signal that they don't password... so free high speed internet is also included. As you can see in the pic there is one accent wall in the living room. If you like it, it can stay. If you don't like it, the landlord will be happy to paint over it before you move in. The place is on the second floor and has vaulted ceiling in the living room. There is a balcony which can be accessed through the living room or the main bedroom, which has a walk-in closet.
