Close to everything!!!!I'm close to Uptown, Airport, SouthPark Mall, Carolina Place Mall, Ballantyne, 1-77, and 1-485.
- ALL utilities included (Direct TV, security, trash pickup, water, electric, etc..)
- Have own private bath
- Walk- In Closet
- W/D
- Limited storage in garage for boxes and small items
- Full use of kitchen and washer/dryer


What I expect:

- Rent PAID IN FULL at time or before move in
- NO PETS, NO DRUGS, and NO SMOKING in house!!
