I am an 18 yo female. I am looking to share a house with someone who is laid back and likes dogs while my husband is deployed to Afghanistan. I have a medium sized pit and a 15lb poodle that are both house/crate trained.

Me: I am really laid back, clean, independent, have my own transportation and will be working or at friends/families house when not at home, my dogs go everywhere with me, I am a great cook and don't mind cooking for everyone every night, I like to have friends over sometimes but I dont smoke/do any drugs and I sometimes drink a beer or so. Obviously I am married so you wouldn't have to worry about creepers or overnight guests lol. I like to knit, crochet, shop, work out sommmetimes lol. This will be the first deployment away from my husband and the longest we've been away from eachother in 3 years so I might try and sleep through the whole thing but thats to be expected.

I'm not a scammer or anything like that and I have a guaranteed income so my bills will always be paid on time, actually I would prefer to set up direct deposit for rent like I have it now or I can pay cash. My mom lives in Hickory so I can have her look at/secure and pay rent for me anytime between now and when my husband leaves.

I've decided I'm tired of living my life in fear and sleeping with one eye open so I'm looking for a room to rent. I just got a part time job (3 days ago) so I don't know how many hours I'll be working or anything. I'll pay as much as possible (I only have 2 bills: a cell phone & gas so I can contribute most of my income) and will also do chores. I can clean, do laundry and can do some light cooking. If you have children I can babysit, take them to school/pick them up, etc. Most days I don't have to be at work until 3:30 and I get off a little after 8pm so I can help and anytime before or after. I also have a friend I can stay with a few days a week so I won't always be around. I have a small dog (11lb mini pin) but if she's a problem I can put her up for adoption.

She doesnt pay rent and when you ask for it she will say I am going to go pick up my check go to the dry cleaners and seamstress( a great back story for getting her clothes out of the house) taking the dog to petsmart to get nails done and then will be back with the money.

• Whole house is furnished minus the available bedroom including kitchen plates ect. There is a dish washer in the unit.

• Located walking distance from UNCC, a bus line located on University City blvd, across the street from 2 churches, numerous supermarkets and restaurants less than 10 minutes away as well as a target, super Wal-Mart, IKEA, and post office.

• Two other housemates are both female full time students and professionals. Both set to gradate May 2010. Live a fairly quiet lifestyle. Both clean and neat individuals.

• Have a mellow house trained Yorkie (he doesn't shed)


Rent is $343 a month, everything included, and there is a $343 security deposit. Lease ends July 31st 2010

No smoking is allowed inside the townhouse.
