I'm a 27 year old professional male who will be moving to Charlotte in mid January and am looking for a place to live. I'm a pretty laid back person and am easy to get along with. I enjoy the outdoors, concerts, festivals, mountain biking, working on various projects, and the occasional drink or toke to relax. I'm college educated and financially secure. I'd like a place with 1 or 2 roommates in a decent area and a rent of around $500/month. My room would need to be big enough for a queen size bed and a desk, extra storage would be a plus.
