I'm a 27-year-old graduate student looking for housing in the N. Charlotte/Concord/Huntersville areas. I currently live with a housemate who is selling her house and moving, so I'm looking for another quiet, clean place to live. I have a wonderful Springer Spaniel named Chase who is very people friendly and loves to socialize with other dogs and cats, so I'd like to find a place with a yard or in a subdivision where he has some space to roam and I have safe places to walk him.
Most of my classes are at night, so I'm looking for a place that's quiet during the day to study. I'm mostly tidy in my own room but very clean in common areas (I've been trained to it by years of shared living) and I'm happy to take over some of the household chores like cleaning, mowing, etc.
Please, no responses from undergraduates looking to rent out their apartments. I'm too old for it and need a place I could stay for more than a year, assuming everyone involved agreed.
Thanks!
