Hello! I'm a 32 year old professional female seeking a room to rent in the Charlotte area. I work full-time in Ballantyne and prefer a location within reasonable driving distance from the Ballantyne area. I am responsible, clean, organized, and very laid-back.
I own a home, however I have to walk away and leave it in order to get out of a bad relationship. I regret having to let my house go, but I have to do what's right for myself. I do have a 1.5 year old yellow Lab who will come with me, so I need a place that's pet-friendly. She is very well behaved and docile.
I do not bring drama or problems of any kind. I am about as easy-going of a person as you'll ever find.
