I am really looking for a home in a slightly rual area with a nice yard. I love older homes, but I would like to find one that has been taken care of. I would take care of your home as if it were mine as that is what I would wish if I were a landlord and its only the right thing to do. I have had a very difficult last 4 years. I lost everything I owned in Florida that took all my life to accomplish with my husband of 32 years. I ws completely blindsided when he came home one day and said that he did not want what we had any longer and walked out the door leaving me with insurmountable bills and a high mortgage as he had us remortgage our home that was nearly paid off at the time about 8 months before he left. The housing market in Florida also tanked at that moment and I could not sell my home in the amount of time that I had. I moved to the Charlotte area with what little funds that I had about 15 months ago, I have a great job at Carolina Veterinay Specialists and Animal Emergency and I also work at a local veterinary hospital and I work about 110 hours in a 2 week period. I have worked in the veterinary field for 23 years and had my own pet sitting buisness in Florida, I have many character references that I can supply if requested. I live in a home in South Carolina , but the neighborhood I am in I do not feel safe and the home needs lots of work that my landlord is unwilling to take care of. My lease with him is up and I would really like to move to Monroe, Waxhaw, Indian Trail , Stallings or Matthews area. I have 3 very well behaved dogs, a 15 year old lab, a 9 year old Chesapeke Bay Retriever that I used to show in dog shows in Florida in better days, and a 4 year old Siberian husky and one cat named Hal , who is declawed. The dogs usually go to work with me every day and I and use kennels at home when they are needed. I can supply character references for my dogs through the people that I work with at work, as I get advised all the time on how well behaved my dogs are. These animals are my companions and family and I would really like to find someone here who is willing to give an honest hardworking responsible person a chance and be able to live some where where I will feel safe.
