This apartment usually costs $600 a month, but this is a great deal with a $75 coupon for each month which transfers to you!

I am buying a house in Belmont with my fiance and need to get out of this lease. If you are interested, this is a lease assumption; you would take over the lease ASAP and the lease ends June 30.
