My husband daughter and i are looking for a home that is 500 a month or less and can work with me on a deposit and be able to take rent payment in the middle of month seeing as i dont get paid but once a month and its between the 11-16. We also need it to be pet friendly we have 2 boxers that are great indoors we had to have them inside at our last home that we lived at for 2 years. Also please no applications or background checks I have bad credit but we are very honest and good people just hard on our luck and need some one to take a chance on a great family that will always be there. We moved out of or home 3 months ago because we were told that another much more inexpensive home would be available in 2 weeks so we moved and are still waiting on the home that is not at this point had any repairs done to it as of yet. We are ready to be in a home of our own again and get out of our familys hair. We can do work for rent if you need repairs done to the home. We do not mind modulars or houses please no apartments have had some very bad experinces with apartments.
