About the condo/room:
The condo is a 1482 sq ft. 3 bed/2 bath condo in South Park and used to be my home (I now live in another unit in the same building upstairs). It was built in 2005 and houses a lot of young professionals and a few college students (a few families too). There is a 20-something woman in the master bedroom/bathroom and a 20-something woman in the 2nd bedroom, who you would be sharing the bathroom with. You would have the 3rd bedroom to yourself. Both of the girls are really laid back and cool. You'd also have access to all the common areas (kitchen, Washer/Dryer included, fridge included, dining room, living room, patio w/ private grill, etc.) that are partially furnished (Note: your bedroom is not furnished). You'd be responsible for splitting the electric bill which normally ran about $30 a month with 3 people when I lived there. I pay for all the water through my HOA fees and this is NOT charged back to you, so, free water! The unit is has high speed wireless internet and cable already set up. You don't need to worry about setting up any utilities; it's just added as an addition to your rent, which is very convenient.
