I am looking for someone to move in as soon as possible and will be happy to rent the other bedroom furnished or unfurnished. The rest of the townhome is already furnished. I am looking for a non-smoker...would also like to find someone without any pets of their own, but would consider a small dog. I have a small 8 pound Yorkie, so you MUST love dogs regardless!!! Must pass credit check, have own transportation and positive outlook! The terms would either be month to month or I would do a six month or 12 month lease and I do require a 30 day notice to vacate. $350.00 deposit required (refundable upon vacating).
