Hi, Not sure If you can help, but we are a younger couple 24 years of age and are needing a place to rent to us by Mid November 2009 we are involved in a custody case for our daughter, we lost custody due to un-sufficant living we have been living in a hotel for months and the court frowns on that. For us to get a chance to get her back we need a house or something with her own room so we need at least a two bedroom place. Family of three (husband, wife, baby) are tentatively looking to move. Husband has steady job, we've lived in North Carolina for a year with excellent rent history. Very clean tenants.
Our needs are very specific, if they cannot be met, we might as well stay where we are, but I thought I'd put this out there.
Please do not contact us if you cannot meet the following:

Must be a HOUSE - not a duplex, apartment, town home, etc. At least 2 bedroom, 1 bath. PREFER 1,000+ sq ft but would consider a little smaller. No less than 800sq ft please.
Area needs to be within 45 minutes of Cherryville, NC (shelby, falston, polkville, boiling springs, forest city, gastonia, maiden, lincolnton, etc.), place of husband's work.
Must be 1 acre or more -the more the better- with neighbors not too close.
Rent must be $550 or less per month.

We are willing to sign a 1 year lease or more if we've found the right place.

Here's the most important thing:

Landlord must be willing to let me have a professional, indoor, heated/ac, PORTABLE (for when we eventually move) dog kennel built. This is my business and it's how I am able to stay home with my child. I already have my plans and contractor picked out to have it made. It will of COURSE be at my expense. Again, it will be portable and not stay with the property when we move. The dogs are under 15lbs, NOT barkers, known to be obedient and sweet. No property damage will be done to the home or land. Only 1 house trained dog will be inside the actual rental home.
