I have a 13 month old daughter and have been thinking of initiating a nanny share with someone.

We could interview and select the Nanny together. We could also have the Nanny in either my house or your house, or rotate.

I am only interested in a family with one child that is very close to my daughter's age. I also don't require childcare on Friday's, so we can discuss options for that.
