Summary of Job:<br>
Updates and assists in human resources activities as well as payroll activities as needed. Provides administrative support services as needed. Compiles initial personnel records in addition to compiling and maintaining employment records by performing the following duties.<br>
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<br>
•	Maintains budget of human resources operations<br>
•	Processes and maintains employment applications and assists in other employment activities<br>
•	Answers question regarding employee benefits<br>
•	Compiles and maintains files and reports for Employee Verification<br>
•	Compiles New Hire Information and provides essential information to payroll for usage<br>
•	Enter New Hire information into payroll and/or HRBS<br>
•	Updates job posting and prepares job advertisements for the college<br>
•	Compiles, tracks, and maintains reports for attendance tracking of all employees for use in employee benefits<br>
•	Prepares requisitions for payment of payroll deductions of Business Office<br>
•	Prepares and files reports of accidents and injuries at establishment for Workers’ Compensations<br>
•	Enter direct deposits<br>

•	Prepares requisitions for payment of payroll deductions associated with COBRA payments to the Office of Business and Finance<br>
•	Prepares and files reports of accidents and injuries at establishment for Workers’ Compensations<br>
Competencies: Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with timeliness and attention to detail, while meeting the needs of internal and external customers. <br>
Education and/or Experience: Associates Degree with two to five years of related experience and/or training. <br>
Computer Skills: Human Resources Coordinator should possess the following computer capacity:<br>

The following are the role and responsibilities for a Licensed Professional.  <br>
The Licensed Professional shall provide clinical expertise and oversight for the provision of medically necessary services. The Licensed Professional shall do or oversee the following: <br>
•	Ensure that clinically appropriate assessments, person-centered planning, and therapeutic interventions are delivered within the specific service definition by providing ongoing and periodic reviews of service records.  <br>
•	Ensure that clinically appropriate services are delivered to eligible recipients within the service definition (right person; right treatment; right intensity, frequency, and duration) <br>
•	Ensure that staff operate within their appropriate scopes of practice for services delivered <br>
•	Coordinate care with the quality assurance (QA) and quality improvement (QI) functions of the agency <br>
•	Ensure that clinical supervision is provided to staff (Qualified Professionals, Associate Professionals, Paraprofessionals, and Certified Peer Specialists) delivering the specific service <br>
•	Monitor the professional and ethical conduct of direct service staff (including such areas as confidentiality, client rights, and appropriate boundaries) <br>
•	Provide direct supervision to all Qualified Professional staff and review of staff supervision plans and supervision notes.  <br>
•	Provide counseling services to a caseload.  <br>
•	Provide Clinical Assessments.  <br>

All interested applicants must provide a copy of the North Carolina license, and an official transcript of the completed Master’s Degree program. <br>
