Needing apt/house for any term leasing. Do not want a roommate. I have my own furniture and need the space. Have regular job, car and dependable in paying funds. Prefer to live in South Charlotte or Pineville, North Carolina area or close by as I work in that area. Looking for two bedrooms but one will do fine for now.
If you have a house outside of Pineville, that is a consideration for me too. A littler privacy would be great. If you are a private owner with a house or apt for rent and need a great tenant who pays on time, then I am the person. I am ideal of a person if you are traveling and away on long business trips. Funds are limited temporarily due to prior commitments and pending marriage separation but can afford range, 300 - 500. I desire moderate range of the two, if possible.
