I am looking to rent a highrise condo starting Jan 2010. I want to move in end of Dec and lease the place for the entire year. I have good credit and I will keep the place clean. Just accepted a job in I-banking in Charlotte and will be moving there from Atlanta. I personally own a condo in Atlanta (one of Novarre properties) and would like to rent a similar place.
