I am a 21 year old single mother of 1 and I am in need of a 2 bedroom apt. I would prefer somethingon the Northside, close to Northlake mall. I would need to move in by the middle of December or the middle of January. I have somethings that are on my credit, but if there needs to be a higher deposit paid, that is not a problem at all. I have no pets, and it will just be me and my son. I have saw some apts on the Northside where rent has ranged from $500 to 600 and I would love to keep it in that range.
