I am a RN searching for a condo/apartment available in the uptown area. I currently live in the fourth ward uptown, but would like to have a condo that offers a more secure entrance, such as fab entry/parking. I am single, no pets, and no children. I am slightly flexible with the price; however, I would like to keep the maximum as close to $900 as possible. I have excellent credit and can provide references upon request. I would prefer to have an actual bedroom, but I am willing to view studio options that are available. I need w/d hookups or w/d and a dishwasher. I am fine with a small place, the place that I currently live is only approximately 700 sq. feet. I would prefer to be within walking distance to uptown area, bobcats, etc. Please contact me with any options.
