Looking for a newer 3 bedroom 1 or 2 bath single family home located in Indian Trail or Mathews area. 700.00 would be great, but is negotiable. Just looking for a good place to rent and raise our 2 kids. No pets. Looking for at least a 1 year lease. We currently live in an older home and are spending close to 300.00 on elec/month so would prefer a newer home. As far as a deposit, would be able to split it up, but honestly just dont have it all at one time.
