Pagan/Wicca coven establishing in the Charlotte area. The main focus will be on Nature, honoring the Goddess and God, ritual, folk craft, and friendship. The coven will not strictly follow any structured form of Witchcraft such as Gardnerian, Alexandrian, Seax, Blue Star, Dianic, Feri, etc. The intent is eclectic, borrowing from many elements of various belief systems; for example, those of Celtic/Gaelic ancestry may wish to invoke spirit guides from those cultures, Native Americans may wish to employ their own gods & goddesses, while African Americans may use guides from the African continent, including Egyptian. All those seriously interested should be aware that while we initiate members into the coven, there are no rules of hierarchy at this time, no orders to aspire to, etc. There will be vows of secrecy as far as the coven's BOS, rites, and other practices are concerned. Experienced or inexperienced are all welcome to inquire--just have a willingness to connect with Mother Nature, pay homage to the Lord and Lady, revere all Creation, and seek freedom from the mundane and mainstream religions by a return to the ancient mysteries.
