Ever interested in Kung Fu? Kung Fu is a Chinese martial art dating back centuries ago. There are many styles of Kung Fu. We focus on the Sil Lum (Shaolin in Mandarin) art of Lai Tong Pai Kung Fu and Wu Shin Tai Chi.
