The furniture is in good condition but will need a professional cleaning (due to moving and storage), I originally listed the furniture at $850, but after noticing the dust on the furniture and the biggest couch has a tear on the bottom (slight) and a 3-4 frayed edges. The other two couches are in great shape other than needing cleaning. 2 of the cushions in the couch have small holes in them (akin to a knife hole) and can be easily turned over to ensure no one sees them. Because of these defects I dropped the price by $200 bucks.
I always like to be upfront with any potential buyers.
