It is easier to start in the lower ranges of pay, and then go up from there once the right work ethic and ability is demonstrated, than it is to start high and then have to cut the pay back down or else simply have to terminate the relationship. We have done this before, and several years ago in our earlier city found the dream person to come and help our household, and she practically became part of the family.
