Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for assisting with the creation of product / system vision/scope and ensuring its satisfactory completion, <br>

testing, training, deployment and application support.  This includes coordinating project definition, facilitating feature/function prioritization, defining requirements <br>
with internal and external customers, assuring development efforts are aligned with business expectations and ensuring solutions are effectively integrated within the client environment.  <br>
<br>
The Senior Business Analyst will coordinate the delivery of technical solutions in a manner that focuses on timely delivery of high quality solutions.  <br>
This includes leveraging prototyping, use case design, UML, process design, JAD and other requirement definition tools/techniques.   <br>
The analyst should also be able to adapt to different application development methodologies (e.g. waterfall, agile, etc.) based on project needs <br>
and work effectively with vendors, contractors and customers.  <br>
<br>
Responsibilities: <br>
<br>
Actively lead definition of system requirements including documenting processes, business requirements and resulting technology needs.  <br>
Primary deliverables are system requirement specifications, use cases, UI specification and prototypes<br>
<br>
Support implementation of requirements through design reviews with appropriate stakeholders (testing, development, training, deployment, support teams), <br>
participating in preliminary testing and communicating functionality through release notes and presentations<br>
<br>
Formulating and helping to plan new projects including developing project scope and approach documents, facilitating cost estimates and <br>
creating communication plans and developing project communications     <br>
<br>
Facilitating IT resources in developing technical and/or data architectures to support desired solutions<br>
<br>
Required:<br>
<br>
Bachelor’s Degree <br>
<br>
Ability to effectively elicit and document requirements for easy understanding / confirmation from business and IT stakeholders.  Includes experience with use cases, UML, wireframes and/or RUP-like deliverables.  <br>
<br>
Large project experience - preferably in a matrixed role with Project Management, Development, QA and Deployment all being separate functions  <br>
<br>
Experience documenting Business Intelligence or Analytics requirements <br>
<br>
Proficient with Microsoft Project and Visio a plus<br>
<br>
Experience with application development methodologies (waterfall, agile, scrum, etc.)<br>
<br>
Familiar with data management tools like SQL Loader a plus<br>
<br>
Strong understanding of system development life cycle<br>
<br>
Understanding of hospital purchasing a plus<br>
<br>
Experience creating application prototypes using HTML, Powerpoint or other prototyping tools such as Axure a strong plus.  <br>

Experience with development tools like (Java, J2EE, Portal development, JSP, etc.) a plus<br>

Experience writing SQL database queries<br>

Domain experience in Supply Chain Management, CRM, ERP, Workflow, Web a plus<br>

·         Produce pricing and technical proposals for customers and distributors from sales teams.&#8203;<br>

·         Assist product management with written technical responses from RFP.&#8203;  Manage requests for assembling responses on time with high quality.&#8203;<br>
<br>
·         Analyzing market factors such as pricing, bonding, installation, distribution, and product performance.&#8203;  Read and analyze RFP/&#8203;RFB to determine valid opportunities.&#8203;<br>

·         Maintain CRM data with contracts, quotations, product pricing and customer product specification.&#8203;<br>

Qualifications<br>

&#65533; Monitor or complete the contract closing to ensure the customer understands the terms and conditions of the contract  <br>
&#65533; Complete employment, residence, and reference verifications  <br>
&#65533; Review deal jackets to ensure that deals are complete  <br>
&#65533; Monitor loan performance and support all collectors as needed in finding solutions to get customers back on track  <br>
