Excuse: "I am too old to do Aikido!"
Answer: If you can walk, then you are not too old! Our old folks will practice with you.
Excuse: "I don't want to fight!"
Answer: That's OK! Our peace loving folks will practice with you.
Get off your couch, wear your workout clothes, come and practice with us to see if it's right for you. No jerks on the mat. If you are a jerk, please stay away.
